ECG Operations Quality Manual for Cars and LCVs

This, the original ECG Operations Quality Manual, was written in consultation and collaboration with the quality departments of the following car manufacturers: Audi, BMW, Daimler AG, Dacia, Ford, General Motors, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Renault, SEAT, Skoda, Toyota, Volkswagen and Volvo.

 The ECG Quality Working Group was established and gathered delegates of logistics companies, manufacturers and quality control companies to supervise this work and with the vision of ultimately extending the co-operation between LSPs and OEMs to other standardisation issues.
 
While translations into other languages are available only the English version is official.

Any proposal for amendments can be submitted to the ECG Secretariat for evaluation by the ECG Quality Working Group (here).
