The FVL Induction Course is a comprehensive training programme for new entrants and professionals transitioning into the Finished Vehicle Logistics sector. Through expert-led classroom sessions and live operational demonstrations, participants gain both practical and strategic insight into Finished Vehicle Logistics. The course focuses on end-to-end processes, stakeholder interactions and the key factors that influence reliability, efficiency and cost effectiveness across the sector.

Learning structure at a glance

Delivered over 3.5 days, the course is structured into focused learning modules that combine theory with hands-on observation. Learning is interactive rather than lecture-based, guiding participants step by step through Finished Vehicle Logistics.

Participants also visit ports and workstations to observe operational processes firsthand, directly linking theory with practice. This balanced approach combines structured learning with practical experience, enabling participants to develop a holistic overview and a comprehensive understanding of outbound vehicle logistics operations.
