Tobias Carlén, CTO, Axess Logistics

Tobias is the CTO for Axess Logistics since 2018.

He developed his first commercial IT system in 1981 and has co-founded two startups. His background includes many years of management consulting with Arthur D. Little and later with his own company. Tobias interest in AI started in the 1980s, when his father was head of Expert systems development for Volvo Cars.

Current projects include combined Load/Route optimization for FVL Transport, Automated emissions reporting, and work process optimization with computer support. He uses AI Agent intensely for a lot of things; but as you will find – not for everything.

Patrick Gebert, Head of AI-Solutions, ETECTURE

Patrick Gebert is Head of AI-Solutions at ETECTURE and an experienced Data Scientist with over seven years of building software solutions across industries including logistics and automotive. He studied at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), where he developed a strong foundation in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence. In his current role, he leads the development of intelligent, data-driven solutions that bring cutting-edge AI capabilities into practical business applications.

Karsten Horn, Senior Manager, INFORM

With more than 25 years of experience in IT and logistics, Karsten understands that digital transformation is an ongoing journey. As Senior Manager at INFORM, a global leader in optimization software for vehicle logistics, he works closely with customers to design tailored, AI-driven solutions that address complex logistics challenges. Known for his collaborative approach and clear communication, Karsten builds lasting partnerships and helps drive efficiency, resilience, and smart decision-making in vehicle logistics.

Dr. Youness Lemrabet, CEO, Everysens

CEO & Founder of Everysens, Youness Lemrabet brings more than 20 years of experience at the intersection of technology, industry and supply chain, with deep expertise in rail logistics.

He specializes in scaling enterprise technology companies by transforming deep tech innovations, from IoT to AI, into commercially successful platforms through strong go-to-market execution.

His interests include AI, entrepreneurship, investing, negotiation and the future of industrial and rail logistics.

Antonio Marsano, Head of IT & Digitalization & AI Officer, MOSOLF Group

Antonio Marsano heads IT & Digitalization at MOSOLF Group and serves as the company’s AI Officer, leading its AI Competence Team.

With over 14 years at MOSOLF across Operations, group-wide projects, and IT leadership, he is the architect of MOSOLF’s AI Strategy and has been working with AI for nearly seven years.

In his session, he will walk through MOSOLF’s approach to AI — covering strategy, real-world implementations, and the organizational challenges of making AI work at scale.

Dr. Maximilian Zipfl, Software Engineer AI, ETECTURE

Maximilian Zipfl is a software engineer and consultant specializing in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence at ETECTURE. He holds a PhD in Graph Neural Networks and previously conducted research on the safety validation of autonomous driving at the FZI Research Center for Computer Science. In his current role, he focuses on the practical integration of AI methods into custom software solutions, bridging academic approaches with real-world applications.
