News from ECG
The ECG Survey website has been updated with the latest February 2026 forecast data from our information partner S&P Global Mobility. The new dataset is now available and, as always, can be explored through the familiar country-by-country breakdown on the site.
The ECG Survey is designed to serve as a key resource for Finished Vehicle Logistics (FVL) professionals, providing industry-specific data tailored to the sector’s needs. The platform includes production and market forecasts updated every six months. It also provides information on member companies, compounds and services, as well as annual automotive statistics supplied by ACEA:intelligence as part of our recent partnership agreement.
The ECG Survey site is useful for our members in day-to-day operations, as Ayça Sobutay, Commercial Manager of ANT Lojistik explains. “As ANT Lojistik we constantly receive a wide range of logistics service requests from various regions. It is important that we find solutions to our customers via partnerships with subcontractors when necessary - even though we might not be operating in the requested region or some part of it. Therefore, the ECG Survey site serves as a good source of supplier data for us where we can quickly scan our potential partners from different locations and check whether they provide services that match our needs. Our international transportation team is especially involved in this process; therefore, they log in to the ECG Survey site as much as they need to and get continuous help in this regard.”
The platform is also valuable for OEM users. One OEM subscriber highlights that the contact information of ECG members and the overview of compounds provide a particularly useful working tool. The availability of downloadable content is also appreciated, as it facilitates the processing and analysis of information.
ECG will continue to develop the platform and explore new functionalities, strengthening its role as a central hub for FVL data, a knowledge platform that industry specialists can rely on.
Access to the ECG Survey site remains free of charge for ECG members, while OEMs and Partner companies can subscribe for full access with a symbolic annual fee. More details on subscriptions are available on the ECG website. If you have specific questions or comments, please reach out to Szilvi Kiss.
