The first Zeekr vehicles for customers in Sweden and the Netherlands are due to be delivered this year, and in Germany at the beginning of 2024. Zeekr plans to expand its presence to most Western European countries by 2026.

The Zeekr site in Stockholm is located in the Gallerian shopping center in the city center, specifically at Hamngatan 37, where Zeekr exhibits some vehicles – the 001 and Zeekr X. The Geely subsidiary wants to offer visitors an exclusive brand experience on the premises – experts will demonstrate features such as the augmented reality head-up displays or the AI-based voice assistant. With the help of the experts, the vehicles can also be configured and ordered on site. In other words, a “one-stop store” where home charging solutions are offered in addition to financing and insurance. As a premium brand, Zeekr is committed to a customer-oriented approach.

“The inauguration of our European ZEEKR Center in Stockholm – the first of many we’ll open throughout Europe – is a cornerstone of ZEEKR’s global strategy,” says Zeekr’s European President Spiros Fotinos. “Our innovative direct-to-customer model ensures a refined and rewarding ownership experience, integral to our mission of enriching customer relationships and solidifying our footprint in the electric mobility space.”

The Zeekr 001 has been available to pre-order in Germany since September with prices starting from 59,900, and the Zeekr X from 44,990. Previously, there was talk of a launch in the first half of 2024, but now early 2024 is being mentioned. However, the exact date is still unknown, as is the city in which the first German Zeekr location will open.

In the run-up to the European market launch of Zeekr, Geely has already concluded a number of cooperation agreements: Financing products are being offered in Europe via BNP Paribas, and Zeekr is relying on Plugsurfing for its customers’ charging service.
