ECG is pleased to announce that on 7-8 December the next Negotiation Management course will take place!
The aim of the course is to learn how to maximise your professional performance by systematically analysing and preparing for negotiations. During these two-days you will have the opportunity to learn how to make adequate preparations and to craft an agile strategy for securing the maximum value from each discussion.
Negotiation is an important area of activity for managers within practically all functional parts of an organisation and, based on feedback from previous attendees, this intensive course is almost certain to expand your skills and to improve your performance.
The course will start promptly at 09:00 on 7th December which, for most people, will mean arriving on 6th. We recommend 'Seminaris Avendi Hotel Potsdam' which is just a short walk from the University of Potsdam, where the Negotiation Academt Potsdam (NAP) is, as part of the university. It is also across the road from the train station. You can book your accommodation here.
