ECG is delighted to announce that registrations are now open for the 2026 Finished Vehicle Logistics (FVL) Induction Courses. This course is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive introduction to the outbound vehicle supply chain, offering both practical and strategic insights.
The FVL Induction Course is ideally suited for new employees in LSPs and OEMs, staff transitioning into outbound logistics roles, and professionals seeking a broader understanding of Finished Vehicle Logistics and its critical role in the automotive supply chain.
Over 3.5 days, participants will explore the full journey of a vehicle from the factory to its final destination, covering multiple transport modes including road, rail, ports, shipping and inland waterways. Delivered by experienced industry experts, the course combines interactive classroom sessions with practical demonstrations, including visits to ports and workstations. Attendees will gain a holistic view of the sector and learn how operational processes and industry drivers interconnect to influence efficiency, reliability and cost-effectiveness.
By the end of the course, participants will have developed a comprehensive understanding of outbound vehicle logistics operations, gained insight into the roles, processes and interconnections within the sector, explored the drivers, challenges and dynamics shaping the industry and built valuable connections through networking with peers and industry professionals.
The 2026 FVL Induction Courses will be held in Zeebrugge from 20–23 April 2026 and in Bremerhaven from 22–25 June 2026.
