Stellantis North America has selected automotive logistics technology provider ICL and optimisation specialist Agillence to support the redesign and optimisation of its finished vehicle logistics network across the region, as the carmaker looks to improve vehicle flow, reduce dwell times and strengthen network resilience.

The partnership will see ICL's Rubicon team deploy Agillence's Lean Logistics Optimizer (ALLO) platform, also being used by Rivian, to enhance Stellantis' network planning capabilities through advanced modelling, routing analysis and scenario-based optimisation. The project follows what the companies described as a detailed evaluation process that identified opportunities to improve efficiency and overall network performance.
