It was founded by Jens Norgaard who has a long career in Finished Vehicle Logistics, Ro-Ro, break-bulk and container shipping working for companies like Wallenius Wilhelmsen, Maersk Line and Safmarine.
Jens Norgaard has worked and lived in 9 countries and been a board member in 27 countries. This gives Norgaard Management & Consulting a global reach from the base in Belgium. The focus is completely on the clients, their needs and on finding effective solutions to meet their requirements.
