The ECG Academy Alumni meeting is taking place in the vibrant city of Barcelona on 8-9 February 2024. Every year the meeting is organised by ECG and the ECG Academy Advisory Group (EAAG) for all Alumni who attended the ECG Academy. Currently, the network counts more than 300 alumni who obtained the one-of-a-kind Certificate in Automobile Logistics Management. Find out more about the ECG Academy here.
Through a two-day programme, attendees will have the opportunity to network with fellow colleagues and will be able to discuss the latest developments in the finished vehicle logistics sector. The event will start with the usual walking dinner on Thursday, 8 February. The ECG President will open the meeting on Friday, 9 February, which will be followed by the elections of the new EAAG members. The session will feature captivating keynotes. Amongst others, Andreea Popa, Renault Group Romania will present on digital tools from the 21st century. Hilke Steffens, ECG Academy Senior Trainer will give a lecture on supply chain financing and factoring. All attendees will also have the opportunity to engage with the panel we prepared with car manufacturer representatives under the title ‘Automotive disruptions: Evaluating the market outlook with the emergence of new players’. The ECG Board and the current Course 17 of the ECG Academy, showcasing their project lab ideas, will also join among the many expected attendees.
