This year, at our Spring Congress, on 23 May, we tackled 2 major topics:
- Geopolitical disruption: with expert insights from IFW Kiel
- Artificial intelligence (AI): with keynote speakers from efcom and the Fraunhofer Institute
We kicked off with a geopolitical deep dive, led by IFW Kiel, to understand how shifting global dynamics are impacting automotive logistics. Then, Justin Cox from LMC Automotive took us through what it means for global production and market trends.
Next up, the spotlight turned to AI – a game-changer in logistics. From optimisation to innovation, we’ll hear how AI is already reshaping operations, thanks to our expert speakers Federico Avellán Borgmeyer and Anike Murrenhoff.
The Spring Congress took place in the framework of the General Assembly, which was held on 22 May. During the Assembly, members received updates, review reports, approved the budget, and elected the Board. The day closed with an unforgettable Gala Dinner at LISBOA SUD, also marking the graduation of ECG Academy Course 18 kindly supported by
