EONIQ: AI-native Transport Management for Finished Vehicle Logistics
EONIQ is a software company focused on the next generation of transport management systems for Finished Vehicle Logistics carriers.
Our team brings more than two decades of experience in Finished Vehicle Logistics. Over the years, we have worked closely with carriers, compound operators, OEMs and logistics service providers, delivering and implementing software solutions for complex transport and logistics operations.
This experience gives us a strong understanding of the daily operational challenges in the industry, from planning and execution efficiency to customer onboarding, data quality, transparency, automation and decision support.
TMS Built Specifically for Finished Vehicle Logistics
With LogiSense, EONIQ is building what we believe to be the first AI-native Transport Management System specifically designed for Finished Vehicle Logistics carriers.
LogiSense comes with core FVL processes and operational requirements already reflected in the platform. This helps carriers reduce implementation effort, accelerate customer onboarding, automate repetitive tasks, improve visibility, make better use of operational data and respond more quickly to changing requirements.
AI-native Technology with Practical Benefits
LogiSense is built as an AI-native platform. AI is not added as a separate feature, but embedded into the foundation of the system.
A key part of this approach is a strong data foundation that connects structured operational data with unstructured information such as emails, notes, documents and customer instructions. This allows the system to make relevant information available in context and support users with more complete, better-connected operational insight.
LogiSense enables AI agents and assistant-like functions to support users in their daily workflows. The system can highlight what needs attention, summarise relevant context, propose next steps, support exception handling and reduce repetitive administrative work.
The goal is to support dispatchers, planners, customer service teams and managers with software that is more proactive, more intuitive and more useful in day-to-day operations. By reducing administrative workload and information search, LogiSense helps experienced teams spend more time where their expertise matters most: coordinating with drivers, supporting colleagues, communicating with customers and solving operational issues.
A Platform for Standard Processes and Carrier-specific Needs
LogiSense is designed as a platform that combines standard FVL functionality with flexible configuration. Core areas such as contractual setup, order management, driver and asset management, load building, dispatching, vehicle handling, customer communication, billing preparation and reporting are already reflected in the product.
At the same time, carriers can adapt data models, business processes and user interfaces to their specific operational needs. This is particularly useful when onboarding new OEM customers, introducing new services, supporting customer-specific reporting requirements or adapting internal workflows.
The aim is to combine the stability and maintainability of standard software with the flexibility carriers need to differentiate themselves and respond to market requirements.
