Under Zellmer’s leadership, Škoda is successfully navigating an extremely dynamic and globally competitive environment. What lessons can be learned from steering a major brand through such complex challenges?
Major General Jürgen Häußler, Director of the Operations and Planning Division at NATO Headquarters, will offer a highly timely perspective: the logistics of transporting military equipment in peacetime. Given the evolving geopolitical landscape, collaboration between military and civilian logistics is becoming increasingly important. What specific requirements arise in this context? And how do they differ from the civilian transport processes we deal with daily?
