About the event

ECG is pleased to invite its Members and Partners for an exciting two-day event, its annual General Assembly & Spring Congress, set against the picturesque backdrop of Baveno, Italy on 23-24 May. The event will take place at the Grand Hotel Dino and building on the resounding success of the previous year’s gathering at the Hyatt Regency in Thessaloniki, Greece, this event promises to be a unique and constructive experience.

The event kicks off on the 23rd May with the General Assembly (15:00 – 17:50), with reports on ECG’s activities and elections for the ECG Board and President and Vice-President. The General Assembly is followed by the Gala Dinner (19:00 – 23:00) and the much-anticipated graduation ceremony of the ECG Academy Course 17, kindly sponsored by , which will take place at the Grand Hotel Dino’s Margherita Garden by the swimming pool.

On the 24th, the Spring Congress (09:00 – 13:00) takes center stage, featuring the President’s Report and a lineup of engaging presentations.

The event is reserved for ECG members and partners only.

Social Programme

As usual, there is a Social Programme that allows participants to network in a relaxing environment.

Friday 24 May, 19:30 – 23:30 – Social & Networking Dinner at the Albergo Ristorante Verbano on the Isola Superiore *

Saturday 25 May, 09:50 – 13:30 – Social Excursion at the Isola Bella with a guided tour at the Palazzo Borromeo and the gardens **

Please indicate your interest in the shuttle bus service below to assist the ECG Team in coordinating transfers from Baveno to Malpensa (MXP) and Linate (LIN) Airports on Friday 24 May. The departure times for the buses will be determined based on the majority of responses received in the form below, taking into account flight departure times. The earliest possible shuttle departure time is 13:30 (1 hour to Milan Malpensa Airport – 1 hour 30 minutes to Milan Linate Airport).

Please note that arrangements for transfers from the airport to the Grand Hotel Dino should be made individually. Refer to the provided information above for directions on how to reach the hotel.
